A Tree-mendous Time of Year!

I’m not going to mention that word just yet but it is getting closer so a lot of the challenges are working their themes around it, not least of all Scribbles Designs. Their challenge starts today and the theme is ‘A Tree-mendous Time of Year!’ The remit of the challenge is that you can use any design as long as there is a tree in it somewhere. I have made a general card!

Materials used:
Scribbles Designs – #904 Tree Truck
Polkadoodles – Rose Budd Collection
printer paper
X-Press It card
Copic pens
A5 white card blank

The backing paper has been taken from the Polkadoodles Rose Budd CD and printed on ordianary printer paper. The same image has been used as the background for the truck but printed out together as one image on X-Press It card. The truck is coloured with Copics.

The new challenge runs until 14th December so you have plenty of time to join us. The rules and details of prizes can be found on the Scribbles Designs Challenge Blog.

Thanks for dropping in. Take care.

About Pippa

I started crafting at an early age though not always successfully, my pillowcase tennis dress has, thankfully, disappeared into history. Funnily sewing is not something I enjoy! My favourite crafty activity has to be card making, especially stamping which I have been doing for over 20 years and am still a beginner, there is always something new to learn. I also enjoy knitting and crochet. I am not an artist, cannot even draw a straight line with a ruler, but I love colouring in, which is why stamping appeals so much. I am married, have recently retired from being a part time HLTA at a local village primary school, have two grown up daughters, both married and a mad cat called Finnegan. That, in a nutshell, is me.
